At Twin Fox UK we work with Printify and Gelato to produce and ship your custom-made items. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand processing times, delivery estimates, and international shipping.

1. Order Processing

All items are made to order. Once your order is placed:

  • Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product and provider.

  • Some items may require longer production times during high-demand periods or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use standard shipping via the carrier selected by our print-on-demand partner. Estimated delivery times:

Please note: These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

  • Some items may qualify for free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

  • For international orders, tracking updates may be limited once the package reaches your local postal service.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is lost or delayed:

  • Contact us at twinfoxuk@gmail.com with your order number.

  • We will investigate with Printify or Gelato and the shipping carrier.

  • If the order cannot be located, a replacement or refund may be issued, depending on the situation.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
