Our Story

Twin Fox began in a small seaside town, a place where big ideas often feel a little too big. But for Mark and Kat, it was precisely where the spark happened. Mark, a proud 50-something father of twins and certified music, pop culture and gaming nerd, and Kat, his partner in crime, a free-spirited Australian artist in her 40s, saw something missing in the world of apparel. Everywhere they looked, there were the same “safe” t-shirts and bland designs. There was little for people like them, people who love a cheeky turn of phrase, a bit of folklore, or a dose of dark humour.

They decided to do something about it.

Our Mission

At Twin Fox, Mark and Kat’s goal is simple: to create clothing that makes you smile, think, and maybe even snort-laugh. They believe that what you wear should reflect who you are, not just on the surface, but deep down: your quirks, your passions, your weird late-night jokes. They mix clever references to history, mythology, and pop culture with playful, often irreverent cartoon-ish artwork. The result? Tees, mugs, and totes that are as much a conversation starter as they are a statement of identity.

Who We Are

Mark brings his inner gamer to everything he touches. Whether he’s designing a punny phrase riffing on medieval folklore or brainstorming a new tee concept after a late-night board-game session (or video game, let’s be honest), he’s constantly motivated by fun and nostalgia. As a middle aged dad of twins, he’s got an endless supply of the viewpoint of cynical and jaded with many pop-culture throwbacks. 

Kat is the creative (goth) powerhouse. Born and raised in Australia, she has an artist’s eye for detail. Her designs are inspired by everything from illuminated manuscripts to gothic marginalia to Eastern European folk art, filtered through a delightfully playful and absurd lens.

Together, they’re partners in life and in doing what they love: building a brand that isn’t afraid to lean into oddball humour, spooky whimsy, 90's call-backs and nerdy charm.

We started small - just two people, a handful of ideas, and a bedroom full of sketches. Now, Twin Fox continues to grow, but our mission remains the same: to bring joy, wit, and a little bit of mischief into everyday life. We’re always dreaming up new designs, exploring new themes, and expanding our collection. And through it all, Mark and Kat remain at the heart of it: designing, creating, laughing, and building this little corner of the internet they’re proud to call home.
